Brain – The Big Guy: no matter who you are, what you do, how you do it and why, one thing’s for sure – you couldn’t do it without this fellow. Basically, this the one single thing that is in charge for everything you do: from blinking, to scratching your head, to reading, laughing, speaking, remembering stuff and, of course, feeling stuff.  It is the boss of your nervous system. We know it’s made up of 100 billion nerve cells – like they say, roughly the number of trees in the Amazon rainforest – and we know each of these cells connects to around 10,000 other cells. This means that the total number of connections occurring in our brain is so insanely large that we can’t even begin to grasp – about 1000 trillion! So, maybe our brain is simply telling us that we should…pay attention to this and not simply take it for granted; after all, those connections could work in your favor or not. You’ve got this gigantic rocket inside our tiny heads – 100 billion horse powered – rocket, well, you might care who’s in the pilot seat, you might not want to leave the driving to chance.
